When do you deliver?
Our 145 4th St location currently delivers during all service hours.
Sun: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Mon-Thurs: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Fri: 10:30 AM – 9:00 PM
Sat: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Please allow for a 15-minute window on either side of your delivery time.
Our 560 Mission St location has online ordering for pickups only, lunch only. Breakfast catering and deliveries are coming soon.
How far in advance do I need to place my order for a same-day delivery or pickup?
Our online ordering platform is automatically updated to show you the times that are available for that day.
Generally, we ask for 1 hour lead time to make your order and an additional 15-30 minutes to make the delivery. This can vary according to demand, so get your orders in early!

What is your delivery minimum?
Our minimum for delivery is a pre-tax sub-total of $150. We don’t have a minimum for pickup orders.
Do you have any gluten-free items?
Yes! We have gluten-free bread available on all sandwiches and burgers. Select this option by choosing an item, clicking on “Customize,” then choosing “Add gluten-free bread.” Please note that we prep all items in the same kitchen, including items with gluten, so we cannot guarantee 100% gluten-free items.
Please also note that the No. 66 crispy chicken and No. 85 crispy chicken ‘parm’ contain flour regardless of the type of bread.
Can I make a special request?
Yes, there are a number of modifications you can make when making your order. After selecting an item, click “Customize” for more options. If you’d like to edit the item after it’s been added to your cart, click “edit” on the right-hand bar.
All customizations must be made online.
Are sandwiches sliced in half?
Yes, except for the No. 66 crispy chicken, No. 40 braised pork shoulder, all burgers, and sandwiches requested with gluten-free bread. These tend to get a little messy when sliced.
Do I get to pick the sandwiches and salads in my catering package?
Yes. We’ll always include the full number of sandwiches and salads, but we’ll double up on some types if necessary. (E.g. If you choose 2 types of sandwiches and your package includes 10 sandwiches, we’ll do 5 of each type.)
Where are the breakfast menu items?
Currently, only our 560 Mission St location is serving breakfast in-store.
